Lauren has carried a lifelong passion for beauty and design. As a little girl, she loved makeup and would watch her mother apply her makeup every day. She was in awe of what makeup did and how it transformed the face.
Lauren always knew creativity would have to be a part of her work so she attended art school in San Francisco where she earned her BFA in graphic design. She went on to work for Hallmark Cards, where she created an impressive design portfolio. After several years in corporate America she decided to pursue a creative career that combines her lifelong passion for fashion and beauty with her talents as an artist. Lauren moved to southern California where she was professionally trained at one of the top makeup academies in the country. Lauren continues to dedicate her time to keeping her skills and talent sharp with ongoing educational workshops in both makeup and hair.
Lauren has worked with well known photographers, models, designers and entertainers and specializes in print, wedding and special event makeup. She is knowledgeable in both makeup for print and live events. Lauren understands how to ensure that your makeup is beautiful, polished and long-lasting both in person and on camera or TV. Her philosophy is to enhance her clients' beauty while still allowing them to feel like themselves.
